I talked to several technical recruiter and they said that the websites that they use are:
www.dice.com
www.hotjobs.com
www.monster.com
www.careerbuilder.com
If you are looking for a technical position, you should definitely post your resume on DICE. HOTJOBS, HOTJOBS, & CAREERBUILDER are also very popular.
Remember to keep your resume updated at least one a month. Recruiter/employer won't look at resume that is too old; and most website will disable your resume if it's not updated over 30 days.
